Wine and Technology to Celebrate Trailblazing Women in History

EMBRAZEN is a special edition wine featuring the stories of women of the past who have defied expectations to accomplish milestone events in history. As project manager, this role required I take over the start of this project and to hit the ground running with agency, JWT and Treasury Wines. Production included research for the four women, to properly study their movements in order to give credit to their real life movements. Animations were created from photographs of the women. In addition, a face filter for social channels was also created. EMBRAZEN was shortlisted for an AICP NEXT award and recognized for it’s impact.

EMBRAZEN AR celebrates trailblazing women of the past. With augmented reality, we can have these women come alive and tell us their heroic stories, inspiring all the women of our present and future. Hear the stories of Celia Cruz - the Queen of Salsa, Josephine Baker - dancer and secret agent, Nellie Bly - legendary journalist, and Amy Johnson - record-breaking pilot. Using historic photos of each woman, the Tactic team created an experience which seamlessly brings each story to life on the packaging, building on the previous success of 19 Crimes and the Living Wine Labels app.
